How to order
Simply enter your order requirements & details into the order form. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Visa Delta, so ordering is easy and quick. Our new ordering system is fully secure, the payment handling software being hosted on a fully certificated, fully secure server (128 bit), with the credit card details encrypted and scrambled during the transaction. However if you have remaining concerns about security, you may also place your order by telephone or print out the form and post or fax it back to us with a cheque, postal order or your credit card details and phone number, delivery and billing address. All orders are accepted subject to availability. Please note that growing products and dried mushrooms cannot usually be supplied to overseas addresses.
 
Payment
Payment should be made in Sterling with your order. Please pay by cheque, postal order or credit card.
 
Price
Prices are correct at September 2006 but supply costs may fluctuate and whilst we will absorb changes where we can, we reserve the right to increase prices without notice.
 
Delivery
Despatch is usually within three days of receipt of order but please allow up to 28 days in the event of our being out of stock. Your order may be sent in several packages and we will use recycled packaging materials where possible. Garden models, logs, kits and patches will be sent direct from our supplier. If you wish to collect your order, please call or email for an appointment and to check availability.
 
Volume discount
Please ask about a discount for orders of five or more of any single item.
 
Postage & packing
Postage and packing charges to UK addresses are as follows:
Orders up to £50.00 in value - £3.50
Orders over £50.00 in value - free of charge.
For orders to addresses outside the UK postage is charged at cost - please email for confirmation.
 
VAT
We are not VAT registered and regret that we cannot offer VAT refunds on overseas orders.
 

Data Protection Act
Enquirers' names and addresses will be held on a computer database and may be used for occasional (usually twice yearly) mailings from Mycologue. Please advise if you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose. Details will not be passed to third parties.
